# Chú ý quan trọng

Trên các điện thoại iPhone hoặc Android đời mới, nhà sản xuất có đưa thêm tính năng tạo ra địa chỉ **MAC ngẫu nhiên** cho thiết bị, tuy nhiên khi sử dụng SafeGate Family Standard sẽ hiểu đây là thiết bị mới kết nối. Điều này dẫn đến thiết bị mới sẽ không được quản lý theo lịch sử dụng trước đó, do vậy nên tắt tính năng này. Việc tắt tính năng này không ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động và an toàn thông tin của thiết bị.

Bạn nên đặt tên gợi nhớ cho từng thiết bị trong nhà để dễ quản lý.

### Tắt tính năng tự động thay đổi địa chỉ thiết bị  (MAC Random) <a href="#id-1j3kk26d03uv" id="id-1j3kk26d03uv"></a>

#### 1. Trên thiết bị chạy iOS <a href="#wynvb2pkojyt" id="wynvb2pkojyt"></a>

Vào **Cài đặt > Wifi > Tắt:**

Vào **Cài đặt > chọn Wifi & Network > chọn Wifi** **> Tắt.**

#### 3. Trên PC hay Laptop sử dụng Wifi <a href="#ia626e2d0w05" id="ia626e2d0w05"></a>

**Bấm phím Windows > gõ Wifi > Enter.**

### 4. Đổi tên thiết bị sử dụng trong gia đình

Để thuận tiện trong việc quản lý các thiết bị, bạn nên đổi tên các thiết bị kết nối vào SafeGate Wifi.

Để đổi tên, bạn mở ứng dụng SafeGate Family Standard, ở giao diện **Tổng quan**, bấm vào **thiết bị cần đổi tên**, sau đó thực hiện đổi tên thiết bị để dễ dàng trong việc quản lý.
